Born in London, Caroline now lives and works in Suffolk, close to the sea. She went to  Hammersmith College of Art and Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, where she studied History of Art and Ilustration.  Following a career as a script editor and television drama producer, she changed tack and started illustrating  for Medici Galleries, Woodmansterne Cards, Paperhouse Designs, English Heritage and Barefoot Childrens’ Books, amongst others.

In recent times, she switched from commissioned work to more personal projects, developing an association with CAP and Winn Devon, a North American Art Publishing company, who pay her royalties in return for open edition print rights to selected paintings, which are then sold via wholesalers and all the major online galleries.

She sells her paintings to private collectors and has exhibited and sold at the Mall Galleries, London, Towner Gallery, Eastbourne, Buckingham Gallery, Suffolk, Blackthorpe Barn, Suffolk, Clairmonte Gallery, Brighton, Upper Street Gallery, London, Suffolk Craft Society, Ipswich, Maltings Gallery, Snape, Chalk Gallery, Lewes and Gallery East, Woodbridge.
